General Policy

All sales are final. Flowers are a perishable product. As such, we do not take refunds.

Floralry is dedicated to providing exquisite floral arrangements and design services. While we strive to deliver the highest quality products, please be aware that flowers may vary due to seasonal availability and natural growth patterns. In rare instances where certain florals are not available, our experienced designers will make thoughtful and creative decisions to provide equal value substitutions. We will use our best judgment and transparency given any unforeseeable situations. Any specific requests or preferences regarding flower types, colors, or arrangements may be subject to slight adjustments to ensure the best possible result. Please note since Floralry creates tangible art we do not provide refunds post any event. We aim to capture the essence of your vision while maintaining the artistic integrity of our designs.

We only collect use your personal data to provide you the requested services. Your personal and financial data is only retained to complete the transaction and/or delivery and will never be shared.

Delivery Orders

Delivery

Delivery is available within a 20 miles of zip code: 20005. We offer delivery to the DC metro area. This includes Washington, D.C., parts of Northern Virginia, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Howard Counties. 

Our delivery window is 10AM to 6PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure that you enter in the correct information at checkout (name, address, phone number). Please double/triple check that the delivery information is correct. If you need to make a change notify us immediately. Floralry is not responsible for any misinformation. If additional delivery attempts need to be made due to incorrect or incomplete information, you may be subject to an additional delivery fee.

It is your responsibility to be present or to ensure that the recipient is present at the location on the day of the delivery. When making a delivery we knock or ring the house doorbell and wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If you live in an apartment building, we will leave the flowers with the concierge or at the front desk, depending on the building’s policy. 

If no one shows at the door, your flowers will be left in a safe location close to the front door. We then will send a text or email notifying you that the flowers are outside. We do our best to ensure that you receive the flowers by handing them off directly to you or alternatively leaving them in a safe place. That being said, Floralry is not responsible for items damaged due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control.
